Thomas Evans was a hard working Uber driver that picked me up a few months ago. Now during Coronavirus he is having to make a decision about being able to pay his bills or be exposed to the virus. We talk about how the black community may have more fatalities, how to decide how much to drive, and what he wants out of politicians during the next election.
