Controlled violence; Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Coach Mike Rethmeyer | Vance Crowe Podcast | Episode 26
Mike Rethmeyer is a world class martial artist. He was exposed to violence at a young age and had to learn how to control his temper and rage. After beating another child up so badly that the kid lost part of his eyesight, Rethmeyer decided he needed to learn to fight- what he learned instead was the path to discipline. A path he is still on to this day. During the interview we discuss growing up as a kid that was bullied, the belt system in BJJ, and how one makes the most out of training BJJ. The episode has some swearing and talks of violence.
