Vance Crowe helps organizations navigate distrust, disagreement, and change. He has addressed more than 300,000 people across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia on negotiation, storytelling, and high-stakes communication.
As Director of Millennial Engagement at Monsanto, he was hired to put a human face on the most controversial company in agriculture. Before that he was a Communications Strategist for the World Bank Group and a Peace Corps volunteer in Kenya. He holds a Master's degree in Cross-Cultural Negotiations from the Seton Hall School of Diplomacy.
Vance hosts the Vance Crowe Podcast, hundreds of conversations with U.S. Senators, farmers, scientists, and founders. He is the creator of Interest-Based Communication, a course on negotiation and high-stakes conversation, and the founder of Legacy Interviews, which records the life stories of individuals and couples for future generations. He is based in St. Louis, Missouri.
