How you use it, what you think about it, or why you have decided against it. "None" is a fine answer if it is a considered one.

Agreeableness measures what you would rather have: the group getting along, or the problem actually resolved. High agreeableness is the mother calming a family fight so the baby stays asleep. She would rather the group get along than anything else. Low agreeableness is the opposite: I need to resolve this, and I do not much care how much disturbance it makes. It is not the same as liking to argue. Both ends are valuable to a tribe. For reference, I am a one.
